One brand. Different permissions.
A casino’s branding, website, legal operator, and licence are separate pieces of evidence. Check that they match.
Start with the exact website
Copy the website you intend to use, not a name from an advertisement. An approval for a subdomain, route, or sibling brand does not automatically cover another website. Beware of lookalike spelling and unfamiliar redirects.
Our two researched examples illustrate the difference: bet365.com has a Great Britain Remote Casino record; nj.bet365.com appears on New Jersey’s authorised site list. Those observations do not authorize every bet365-branded address worldwide.
Use the relevant local source
In Great Britain, search the UK Gambling Commission register for the declared domain, identify the correct legal operator, and check the permitted activity and current licence status. A betting activity is not automatically a Remote Casino licence.
New Jersey publishes an authorised Internet Gaming Sites page. Its scope is New Jersey, not the whole United States. Permission under an overseas regulator does not necessarily mean permission where you are physically located.
Permission is not a payment promise
A matching authority record is useful, but it does not establish that you are eligible to play, that a specific payment method will work, or that an operator will meet every expectation. It also cannot decide whether gambling is suitable for you.
If evidence is missing or conflicting, do not fill the gap with popularity, website polish, or a foreign licence. Use the official source or seek clarification before committing money.
