The questions behind the verdict.
Direct answers about licence records, website warnings, player reviews and what to do next. The same answers apply whether you arrive through a search engine, an AI answer or a shared report.
What does Clearstake actually check?
A casino name or exact website starts an automatic lookup in the connected UK Gambling Commission and New Jersey DGE sources. For an exact domain, a separate bounded check may inspect accessible public pages. The report identifies the operator where established, the source jurisdiction, capture dates and the limits. No location selection or account is required.
Does a licence record mean a casino is safe?
No. An exact active licence or approved-site match answers a defined record question in its named jurisdiction. It does not establish your permission to play, how withdrawals will be handled, game fairness or future conduct. A positive record cannot erase a separate documented concern.
Does no matching record mean a scam?
No. A missing match may reflect limited coverage, ambiguity, an inaccessible source or an exact-domain mismatch. Clearstake labels that gap instead of turning it into a fraud accusation. Public website claims and independent publisher warnings are separate evidence categories, not substitutes for an official finding.
Can Clearstake verify that players will get paid?
No. The service does not create casino accounts, test withdrawals, make payments or inspect private account records. Public withdrawal wording can be useful, but it does not prove that a specific withdrawal will succeed.
Why are live player reviews sometimes unavailable?
The live review adapter requires licensed provider access. When no feed is connected, no exact profile is matched or the source is unavailable, the report says so and links to the original source. No reviews, popularity counts or provider ratings are invented to fill the gap.
What if a site asks for more money to release a withdrawal?
Do not send another release payment merely because it is called verification, a fee or a tax. Preserve the exact request and transaction records, and contact the payment provider and an appropriate official fraud-reporting route. An identity-document check is different from a demand to send more money. This guidance is not a site-specific ruling or a recovery guarantee.
How current is a saved report?
Each source retains its actual capture time. Connected-authority lookups use brief caching; current positive authority evidence has a six-hour product window. Older snapshot reports retain their original rule. Source records can change sooner, and website or publisher evidence has separate dates. Check again creates a new report rather than rewriting the old one.
How can I keep or share the evidence?
Save a report on this browser, share its dated public link, print the supporting details or download the public report as JSON. The scope and date remain part of the record. Private local preparation notes are separate and are never included in a public report or uploaded by the evidence kit.
Does Clearstake mediate complaints or recover money?
No. Clearstake explains public evidence and signposts suitable routes. It does not decide a dispute, contact an operator on your behalf or promise recovery. Use an operator’s formal process or a relevant official route where appropriate; a release-payment warning may require prompt payment-provider or fraud-reporting contact instead.
Who operates Clearstake, and can a verdict be bought?
Clearstake is operated by Svendsen events AS in Kristiansand. The public contact is loke@svendsevents.com. The beta has no casino referral commissions, paid verdicts or paid memberships. Future professional research tools cannot buy a favourable finding or hide critical warnings.
